A man was driving around the Welsh countryside when he came across a large dog in the middle of the road, seemingly lost. He could easily have ignored the pup and kept on driving, but he didn’t hesitate in stopping to help the poor pooch. As he got out of his car, the playful dog ran up to him and eventually followed as he led it safely up a driveway, which, as it turned out, led to the dog’s home.
Of course, walking up to a strange dog is never recommended, but if he hadn’t decided to stop, this friendly pup would have been in grave danger of being hit by a car, possibly injuring people and killing the dog.
The YouTube poster says this: “If you take anything away from this video please let it be, treat animals as you would treat humans, they have every right to live and be treated well just the same as you and I. If you see a dog running loose on the road don’t ignore it, be that guy/girl and save it, it really doesn’t take much.”
