Being one of the most famous players in the NBA, LeBron James always seems to be in the middle of a controversy. Some people call him a selfish basketball player. He even left his hometown of Cleveland to go play for the Miami Heat (although, Cleveland and the Cavaliers happily took back their ex). People either love LeBron or they hate him.
But what he did during a recent game against the Boston Celtics melted everyone’s heart.
A Special Olympian was in the crowd and — mid-game — LeBron approached him.
And LeBron didn’t even care that the kid was wearing a Celtics jersey! This is the kind of heartwarming attitude we love to see, both from athletes and everyday people.
