In school, I hated carrying around a backpack. They were heavy, uncool-looking, and an all-around nuisance. However, if I had known these awesome hacks, I would have looked forward to bringing my bag to school every day. Not only do they make a backpack way more versatile, all the kids would have been so jealous of my tricks.

That Velcro trick is genius! I always lost my pens at the bottom of my bag and would spend so much time digging through it just to find they had exploded or I lost the caps.
