Lots of animals have incredible powers that many people don’t know about — Mother Nature is truly amazing. For instance, watching an animal’s survival mechanisms in action can be simply astounding.
Take the northern white-faced owl — he has a pretty rad defensive technique when he feels threatened by a predator. Watch as he changes appearance instantaneously to look more menacing than usual!

Imagine if you could do that…a robber runs up to you and then you just change your appearance to look taller and meaner, making them not want to mess with you. That would be an incredibly useful skill to have!
