Sitting in their living room, these three kids were startled one day when they heard their father fall in the kitchen. Racing to investigate, they quickly discovered that not only was he unconscious, but he’d had a heart attack and was slipping away. Their mom — who works as a nurse — wasn’t home, and they knew that if they waited for EMTs to arrive, they’d lose their dad forever.
That’s when they remembered that they’d learned CPR the previous summer, and after that, their instincts kicked in. What happened next is so incredible.
