Bringing holiday cheer to others can be as simple as sharing a smile with them.
But the Fairview Police Department and Cross Point Community Church in Tennessee decided to do something much bigger than a smile. After they held a donation event (called The Dollar Club), enough money was raised to help the members of the surrounding community.
Then, they took that money and surprised people in the best way possible.
In all of my years in the Law Enforcement business,this by far is the most positive uplifting thing I have ever participated in. Lives were truly changed here. The folks who have seen this have already wept. Get your hankie close by. Merry Christmas from The Fairview Police Department and Cross Point Community Church!
