Like many other children, 5-year-old Kylie Brown’s best friend is her pet.
But this girl from Maine doesn’t have your typical domesticated animal: her BFF is a duck named Snowflake. She met him when he was a little hatchling — and named him immediately. He imprinted on her, and began following her everywhere she went.
He’s not a cat or a dog, but Snowflake is still amazingly cute!

You wouldn’t think a duck could be this loyal or loving.
Snowflake, though, proves everyone wrong. He isn’t just a farm animal to be eaten…he is a wonderful part of the Brown family who loves Kylie very, very much.
